	Sonya Madeira Stamp, Managing Partner After spending 15 years in India and Singapore working at leading agencies, Sonya set up Rice Comms in 2009. She has wide experience in internal and external communications at local, regional and global levels. Sonya strongly believes in the delivery of value to clients for sustaining long-term mutually beneficial relationships.
	Grace Eio, Financial Controller Grace has over 12 years of finance and management experience. Prior to joining Rice, she worked in other PR agency from 2004 to 2009. Grace is results – oriented with a consistent track record of delivering profitability through analysis and process improvements in broad areas of the business operations. Her core strengths include business and financial budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
	Grace Cuenca, Account Director Grace Cuenca has over 17 years of experience in leading and managing corporate and marketing communication campaigns and projects for local and multinational clients, brands, and products across industry sectors such as technology, airline, consumer/personal care products, automotive and pharmaceutical in Philippines and Singapore. With Grace’s extensive experience in corporate and marketing strategy and message development, media relations, events management and crisis communications, she has worked with global brands such as Hewlett Packard, Intel, Accenture, SAP, Turner Broadcasting, Johnson and Johnson’s, Unilever, Roche and DHL. She has previously worked in Burson-Marsteller in Singapore where she managed and implemented regional media campaigns in Asia Pacific markets.
	Donna Garcia, Account Director Donna has seven years of experience in PR and corporate communications in Manila, Philippines. With Public Affairs as her functional area of practice, Donna has worked with global brands such as Intel, Kimberly Clark, Bayer, American Standard, Cal Energy International, Discovery Networks, and Henkel. She also had extensive experience in media and grassroots communications campaigns for government and industry advocacy groups such as the United States Treasury, MPA and CASBAA.
	Devin Jeyathurai, Account Director Devin has been working in the field of communications for over 20 years. He started out as a freelance writer for BigO in 1989, and has written for magazines such as Her World, Teenage, and Home Concepts. He has also worked as an editor, most recently for Electronic Gaming Monthly (Singapore). When he was with Weber Shandwick’s technology practice, Devin serviced a range of clients including Microsoft Windows Mobile, Siemens and Oracle. He ran his own firm, Imaginist Consulting, for five years, providing communications and content-creation-related services to SMEs on a project basis.
	Shruti Soni, Senior Consultant Shruti Soni has four years of experience in the public relations industry. She has previously worked with Genesis Burson-Marsteller and Vaishnavi Corporate Communications in India. Most recently, she has worked with EASTWEST Public Relations, Singapore. Shruti has worked with technology clients like Microsoft, Hewlett Packard and Emerson Network Power, as well as lifestyle and aviation clients.
	Shireen Salleh, Marketing Communications Coordinator Shireen graduated from Oklahoma City University with a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and has worked with EASTWEST Public Relations for about 4 years, supporting the teams on their day-to-day operations. Most recently, she was a research executive with MTV Asia. She is a person with very little words but big on results. Believing in hard work and diligence, she works well both independently and as a team player. She hopes to go back to the media industry, but for now, she wants to contribute and grow with the team.
	Debbie Ho, Consultant A fresh graduate from MDIS with a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Debbie is a keen learner in the field of Public Relations. She believes that hard work and confidence are the keys to success. Even though she has no prior experience in the workforce, she hopes to prove her abilities through her enthusiasm in learning. She hopes to grow with the team in Rice Communications and plans to have a long career ahead in the PR industry.
	John Elijah Tan, Consultant John has over four years of experience working in the IT industry. He went back to school in 2010 to complete his Diploma in Mass Communications at the Management Development Institute of Singapore. Whether it is IT, video production, photography, client servicing, John is always ready to learn new things and is eager to face new challenges to make his mark in the PR and business communications industry.
	Kwa Qian Hui, PRC Qian Hui is in her final trimester at Curtin University, completing a double degree in commerce with a specialisation in marketing and public relations (PR). She also holds a Diploma in Business with a focus on Corporate Communications and Tourism from Temasek Polytechnic. She is eager to learn and believes in her own potential. She enjoys challenges and the thrill of overcoming obstacles. Being passionate about PR, she aspires to polish her skills and knowledge of the PR industry and pursue a full-time career in PR upon graduation.
