A lot of people have the mindset that starting a business is just taking an idea and making it marketable. While true, it is easier said than done.
No one can use another business’ success formula, simply because there is no fixed formula that applies to it all.
What makes or breaks a business is usually found at the leadership level. Over the past year, we’ve seen businesses rise and fall based on their respective CEOs.
New businesses in particular have to rely on their founder in the day-to-day operations. These entrepreneurs have a tremendous burden on them but what is important is that they not have a fear of failure.
