Lugtu as the new country manager for Emerson Network Power in the Philippines. In this position, Lugtu is responsible for driving the company’s business strategies toward market leadership, in addition to building organizational capabilities and talent to sustain long-term growth.

Lugtu joins Emerson Network Power with more than 19 years of experience in the IT and Telecommunications industry. Lugtu was most recently country manager for the communications sector of IBM Philippines. He also worked with Ericsson, Nokia and Robert Bosch in various senior roles for sales, account management and business development.
