IGF-Sharm 09 meeting is foreseen by all experts as a crossroad with the start of the evaluation of the process and as it will also draw the map for the final phase in which a decision will be taken about the future of the IGF process.

The Egyptian ICT sector, headed by Excellency Dr. Tarek Kamel, is paying due attention to the IGF-meeting, which is seen as well as obvious evidence to the international community confidence in the well-being, maturity and growth of the Egyptian ICT sector.


Amounting to a successful event necessitates the mobilization of the national community with regards to the IGF process and also necessitates the setting of an organized plan and focused measures to serve the aspired purposes.

This section will put forth the national activities that the ICT sector is taking to mobilize the community and coordinate different stances to amount to a successful as well as fruitful event.
